Serving you up 23-films over the 31-day period of the month, December was somewhat of a quiet month here at Short of the Week – when you compare it to the onslaught of 33-films we published over November. A month usually known for overindulgence, though we never really reached the heights of the previous month in terms of quantity, we certainly matched it in terms of flavoursome quality.

Kicking of 2018 by dishing up a New Year’s day 4-course feast of films featuring engaging conversation, teenage nostalgia, life stories and of course a little festive fight for survival, there’s something here for everyone to sink their teeth into.
