In the 3 films that constitute our most recent selections as “Best of the Month”, our main characters face ostracization. Isolated for their beliefs, for odd developments to their body, or for daring to pursue their desire, all our films showcase outsiders whom are triumphant, whether it is by finding community, facing their past, or bravely accepting their future.

The films traverse disparate genres, from coming-of-age, to sci-fi, to doc-tinged fantasy. What they share is this common theme, and of course excellence. Now they also share status as a Short of the Week best of the month pick. Enjoy!
