Nevertheless, all of us here at Short of the Week have banded together to bring to you the official top 10 online films of 2009.     It sure is, 2005 to be exact. Our Top Ten list refers to the top 10 films we highlighted on the site in 2009, out of I think 116. Besides, I believe that 2009 marked the debut of the film in legitmate form online, when it was selected to the YouTube Screening Room.
