Thanks to all the filmmakers who submitted their film to our online mini-festival. We received quite a few more entries than we really expected, so it was a big success. For all you filmmakers we’ll be getting feedback from the review team out to you this week and next week’s featured short, as promised, will be the Gut Check winner, so watch for it!

It was cool to get some feedback but the comments weren’t that expansive. Cool idea though, you should do another one.
Thanks. We’re considering making Gut Check an ongoing thing, and hopefully expanding into more thorough reviews. How should we space it out? Yearly? Monthly? Quarterly might be
a good compromise. The reviews this time around were snippets of thoughts from 4 reviewers to give you a wider sampling of comments. Are you saying you’d prefer one review that goes deep into details than multiples that skim the major points?
