A Short Love Story in Stop-Motion

A girl daydreams of a life lived in love.

For all the lovebirds out there,  a truly gorgeous animation from Carlos Lascano. Watch it with the HD on, full screen, preferably with your sweetie. ^_^

Plenty of more info on the film at its web page. Plus FilminFocus did a recent interview as part of its future of stop-motion feature, which stars SoTW featured filmmakers Kirsten Lepore and PES

The video is sweet but does not feature enough drunk bickering, love tsar ;) .

A collage of memorable moments set to Sigur Ros is how I celebrate every Valentine’s Day.

I definitely like this guy’s style. His stuff reminds me of Burton without so many skeleton characters. Very refreshing animation.

What a beautiful piece of animation! It’s like the film travels through formats and mediums as it travels through time.

I only wish they hadn’t used this particular Sigur Ros tune, don’t get me wrong I love Sigur Ros, it’s just this tune seems to have been over used in the world of film/tv recently!

Absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could say more, but as of right now, all I can say is that I’m touched. This is beautiful.
